Responsibilities
- Design and execute a growth plan for the energy efficiency and cold chain in dairy business
- Implementation of the mission, vision and values of the organization including the deliverance of high quality, customer-focused care as per modern day standards
- Setting and following standards for excellence in operations, implementing policies and procedures & leveraging synergies among the business areas for further growth
- Influencing the policy makers through liasoning and dealing with government institutions
- Position and promote the energy efficiency products through renewable energy and sustainability programs
- Explore ways of funding demonstration projects from aid organizations
- Explore the potential in export markets – particularly Kenya & Africa
- Responsible for managing and motivating the team
- Oversee production – planning and costing
- After Sales support and service
- Implement performance and quality management systems
- Developing the brand in the market
- Oversee the financial stability and consistent growth in revenue through sound financial management; responsible for development, implementation and monitoring of budgets to ensure optimal resources allocation and usage
- Responsible for dynamic management of Human resource to ensure cost efficiency, high productivity, good employee relation, job satisfaction and high staff retention
- Ensure compliance of all regulatory, statutory and quality standard requirements
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the organization’s overall objectives. This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing plans and campaigns, and overseeing the execution of marketing programs
Candidate Profile
- Graduate degree preferably in Engineering, MBA will be an added advantage
- 20+ years of experience with an exposure of managing assignment at national level
- Experience of selling Dairy Equipment or Refrigeration equipment’s is a must
- Experience of liasioning with government bodies and officials
- Willing to relocate at Ahmedabad
- Proven track record of increasing margins and improving P&L by expanding business, driving efficiencies, etc.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process.
- Knowledge of refrigeration technology will be good but not must
- Age: 40 to 45 years
