Job Purpose
- The COO will be responsible for driving end-to-end business operations, including manufacturing, engineering, project execution, and supply chain. The role demands strong strategic oversight combined with execution excellence to scale operations and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Define and execute operational strategy aligned with company growth plans.
- Drive scalability of manufacturing and project delivery capabilities.
End-to-End Business Operations
- Oversee engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and project execution.
- Ensure seamless delivery of turnkey process solutions.
Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Implement best practices in automation, digitalization, and lean systems.
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and reduce delivery timelines.
Financial & P&L Management
- Own operational P&L, margins, and cost structures.
- Drive profitability through operational efficiencies and pricing strategies.
Customer & Project Delivery
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality delivery.
- Oversee large-scale CAPEX and custom engineering projects.
Leadership & Governance
- Build and lead senior leadership teams across functions.
- Work closely with Board/MD on strategic initiatives.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Engineering degree + MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 18–25 years in capital goods / process engineering / EPC
- Proven experience in scaling manufacturing + project-based businesses
- Strong exposure to global markets and export business
