- Independently Executing CXO level Retained Search Mandates.
- Search Strategy, Candidate Development, Assessment, and discreet Reference Checks
- Recommendations & Sector/Market Insights
- Relationship building & Networking
- Tracking Industry & Talent trends
- Marketing Collaterals and leveraging social media to build business and Executive connects
- Leading teams for successful mandate closure
- Process Compliance
